A solar powered, wind using, smog killing fantasy building in Paris

This Anti-Smog Innovation Center that is meant to go on top of the Canal de L'Ourcq in Paris is a pretty cool idea. It would sport 2,700 solar panels as well as a titanium dioxide coating that would react with UV rays to break down smog. How earth-friendly! In addition, it would feature a 148-foot-tall Wind Tower that would convert the canal's breezes into energy. If it were only real!
